Here is a short summary of what we did on DriveThruRPG in 2022.
We started working full-time on DriveThruRPG (and other associated projects) in April 2022, so we have been active for 9 months this year.
We released a total of 46 new products, as well as 6 pay-what-you-want items. We also updated 17 of older products, sometimes adding content, or only giving them a new cover and formatting. Hopefully, the products updates will all be finished soon this year!
We published twice a week during the first months (new supplements or updates), then finnally decided to publish only once a week, so that we could focus on projects that take more time.
Among those products, we released 3 handbooks which are all at least 52 pages long and focus on various topics: nautical adventures, thieves and mushrooms, respectively.
"The Book Of Thieves" did pretty well (gold best seller after 3 months!), while "Of Men And Mushrooms" has not done so well. We were able to release an extended version of "When Sea Is Calling" thanks to a collaboration with Goblin's Henchman (here on DriveThruRPG).
The first 3 issues of our zine also came out in 2022:
The last 6 issues should be released in 2023 (1 issue per month), and we plan on making an "Atlas Of Belgisca" after that (probably in July 2023). One half will be a compilation of the zines, while the other half will be new content. We also hope to make it available for print-on-demand.

In 2023, apart from finishing "Tales of Belgisca" and keeping on updating products, we have a few other projects:
release printable versions of "When Sea Is Calling" and "Of Men And Mushrooms",
making other editions of the "Adventurer's Lexicon", on the same themes as those of the pointcrawl generators (Wilderness, City, Ocean),
publishing at least 2 handbooks,
making print-on-demand supplements.
