​Demesnes & Domination is an awesome guide for high level OSR play by Arcane Sword Press. It contains a ton of rules and tables (for diplomacy, mass combat, alchemy, magic... and even psionics!). You can get it on DriveThruRPG* for $10. The softcover and the hardcover are respectively $15 and $22 (and both include the PDF for free).
